Facility Rental

If you’ve already visited the Pearl Theater, you know it is a fantastic performance space as well as a beautifully renovated art house. To support our Mission, the art house is available for rent (as our schedule permits) and lends itself well to a variety of events such as weddings, parties, meetings, lectures or classes. With beautiful ambiance, The Pearl Theater’s intimate and unique elegance (complete with a stage as well as a kitchen), provides the setting for a truly memorable event!

Event Rental Pricing

Full Day Rental hours are 9:00am-10:30pm. Early entry and later usage available upon request; add’l fees may apply. Half-Day rental hours  may vary. A refundable deposit of $150 ($75 for Half-Day rentals) is required to reserve your rental date. Deposit will be returned within 3-5 business days of the reserved date.

Theater Rental Full Day:
Monday-Thursday $175
‍Friday-Sunday $225

Theater Rental Half Day:
Monday-Thursday $100
‍Friday-Sunday $125

Rental by the Hour (2 hour Rental): Monday-Thursday :  $35
Rental by the Hour (2 hour Rental): Friday-Sunday : $60

Event Rental includes use of the Green Room, Main Stage, Piano, Main Floor, PA System (Bluetooth capable) with one Microphone, tables, chairs, and black tablecloths. The Pearl has Qty 8 Round tables and 8 Rectangle tables. The Main floor seats approx 75-80 and cafe seating is approx  20. Note: At this time the Balcony is closed. Unauthorized access or usage will be cause for cancellation of rental and forfeiture of rental deposit.

Stage Lighting & House Sound: (2 mains, 2 monitors, up to 5 microphones) $125‍


Note: Add’l lighting, including party lights & black lights are available upon request at no add’l charge. Stage and Lighting must have a qualified/approved Tech person. No food or drink allowed in the tech booth.

Projector and Film Screen plus House Lighting and Sound:  $150
Usage of the projector & Film screen, Stage and Lighting must have a qualified/approved Tech person. No food or drink allowed in the tech booth.

Kitchen Usage: (includes usage of all dishes, cookware, cutlery, stove, microwave, and fryer) Cafe cooler and refrigerator may also be used) $75

Popcorn Machine (includes popcorn) $25

* Candy, Soda, Bottled Water, Beer and Wine May be purchased/included with your rental. Please inquire about pricing.
* The Pearl can provide staffing for your event, including ushers, kitchen staff, Stage and Lighting Tech.
* A $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit if premises are not left in the condition found. Anything brought in must be removed at the end of rental period; exceptions must be approved in writing.
* Non-profits may be eligible to rent the theater by donation- please contact us for details.
